📦 Processing Time
All our candles are hand-poured to order.
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to carefully prepare and pack your items.
🚀 Delivery Timeline
We partner with trusted delivery services to ensure smooth and timely shipping.
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
Prepaid Orders: Prioritized for faster shipping
COD Orders: May take slightly longer due to verification
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS & Email. You can also track it anytime on our Order Tracking Page or reach out to us directly.
💔 In Case of Delays or Damages
We pack each candle like it’s our own, but sometimes shipping delays or damages can happen.
If your candle arrives broken, email us at auraflame.creative@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll sort it out.
For late deliveries beyond 10 days, contact our support and we’ll investigate it on priority.
